Thumbnail images not displaying properly

papawj New Member USA 61 Posts	Posted - 09/26/2020 : 12:32:28 Hello, I am running Ecommerce PlusASP v7.1.10 and having an issue after updating some images. On both the category and products pages, several of the products are all pulling the same image even though in the product config, they are all pointed to the correct image. Sample pages here: https://www.oakworksmed.com/products/exam-treatment-tables.asp https://www.oakworksmed.com/products/pf-series-exam-tables.asp The PF250, PF200, PX300, PX150 and PX100 are all displaying the thumbnail for the PF400 even though each 1 is pointed to their correct thumbnail image. No idea how this is happening since the underlying code looks like everything else is correct. Any suggestions?

It looks like the options show the different images but as they are re-used for the different products, you get the same image shown on all of them. papawj New Member USA 61 Posts	Posted - 09/27/2020 : 15:23:37 Yes, great diagnosis Dr Vince! That was the 100% correct diagnosis. Someone else setup the products and added ALT IDs for the shared options which will produce the problem I was trying to correct. As soon as I rmeoved teh ALT Ids, everything started working as planned. I'll be sure to tell my colleague the problem with shared options and ALT Ids.
