I recently purchased the 12 month updater but have not been emailed the files to run the update. I sent an email and I was told by Vince to visit the page below and put in the email I used to place the order. However when I do this I don't receive an email. Please can someone assist.

Hi, when you go to that page and request the updater, do you get any kind of error message?
Have you checked your spam/junk folder?
