Hi

We are adding over 1,000 new products. Most of the work can be done cloning/modifying categories, then uploading new product via CSV, however I see no way to automate adding quantity pricing to the new products.

ALL PRODUCTS have the identical tiered piece pricing.

1-24 - 100%
25-49 - 90%
50-99 - 85%
100-249 80%
250> 75%

When we launched the site years ago I don't recall adding the discounts one at a time to the original 1500+ products, but cannot remember how we accomplished it.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

In the meantime... would still like to know if there is something already within ECT that can be used to automate this process?

There is a clone feature under quantity discounts and that would speed things up just a bit.

Hi!

Mike Beebe's CSV utility (http://www.dlss.ca/proddetail.asp?prod=Adv_Quantity_CSV) worked perfectly. It processed over 9000 entries in 2 seconds.

What I really liked about it was that it also works in reverse... You can download the existing file to use as a template.

Also, setting column one to either a 1 or a 0 turns the discount for the line item either on of off meaning you can upload ALL your products in this file, then set column one to either display or not display the discount table.

Actually it was me that Mike originally developed that for.
I believe I paid $500.00, so you got a deal, but no worries, it was well worth what I paid.
