Updated to 7.1.11 but getting this error message with Canadian Orders. AAA Authentication Failure Getting this message before update, which is why I updated. Any idea where to look? This is not a new account.

Would this not be just the Canada Post retailer ID? Could you double check it with their support that it's the correct one to use?

I found this in your Canada Post instructions so am having them try it. They haven't changed anything on their end.

You need to enter your CP Customer Number in the admin main settings page where it says to enter the Canada Post retailer ID.

Even if you already have a Canada Post account, you will need to click on the "Register with Canada Post" button in the shipping methods admin page and agree to their terms there.

He switched everything over to weight based and is happy now. Go figure.
