Hi All,

If i have 100 products as brand A, i see a key word search on Adwords for the word Chloe, which is 3 Handbags from the 100 items, in Adwords I could refine the landing page as /search.php?pg=1&stext=chloe+bucket&nobox=true however when the customer lands on that page they cannot see any other products, is it possible i can send them to all products for that brand /products.php?man=Katie+Loxton which displays the 100 products, but somehow make these 3 bags appear as the first 3 items in the list that appear? This would be a great feature if the order can be controlled from the url string of text, and would allow anyone to refine the adwords landing pages, but allow the customer to view other products. Or another option if this is not possible, is if my landing page for the 3 products is /search.php?pg=1&stext=chloe+bucket&nobox=true then under the products it says "Click here to see more from [Manufacturer Name]"

Hi there,

What does the "Product Order:" in product admin do?

Hi Jason, I often forget to use the help links, but on the admin dashboard, (scroll down) there are question mark help icons over on the right for each of those links on the left.
They take you right to the info your looking for typically.
Here is what I found in relation to your question.

https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/admin-main.asp#main

Basically that sets the default sort order of products on your site.
Of course, if you have "sort order" set for the filter bar, customer can change the sort themselves.
When they first land on the site though, the products would be sorted by what you have defined there in the admin main settings.

Thanks,
David
