My client is asking for another change in the cart layout and as usual I cannot figure out how to make the change.

She wants to "add a checkbox field that says placing the order acknowledges agreement with terms and conditions" to the cart page.

Is there a simple fix?

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

Hi Ray,

Place this in your vsadmin/includes file.

$termsandconditions=TRUE;

If you create a content region with the id "termsandconditions" then that will be automatically displayed for the terms and conditions. It's a better way to display the terms as it will display in the same style as the soft cart / customer login and so on.
