Hi there,

Its the first time I am trialing the back order function, however the Sagepay screen gives me the below error

All transactions are set to authorise at the moment

Can anyone help please?

I would be following the steps outlined here https://www.opayo.co.uk/support/error-codes/5080-error-form-transaction-registration-failed for more information

So login to your Sagepay account and go to the invalid transactions, click a transaction and you should see the exact error that is causing this issue hopefully
