If someone wants to buy generic GCs (in this case, for employees) is it possible to issue them without names and email addresses? We would be generating them ourselves via the GC admin.

That is a required field and it might have unwanted side effects not filling it in. But could you use something anonymous like "XXX" instead of the name to indicate it should be filled in?
