Thank you for your suggestion. I will take a look at it. I saw one company that charges thousands of dollars per month which is way out of our price range.
We made some changes a couple of days ago that are hopefully going to sort this problem out, and they haven't returned since then so hopefully it is working. We'll keep you all informed.
Hi Charmarsh Sometimes people are just going to test the store and there isn't really a way to distinguish a genuine customer from a spammer. But maybe you could block the IP address on the IP blocking page?
