I was checking out a new site speed test at web.dev and got an https error, and my search of the files uncovered 574 occurrences of http:// on 331 vsadmin files, and I'm unsure as to how to fix them.

I don't think I can do a search and replace of all "http://" with "https://" because it will redirect non-secured sites to an invalid https secured page.

And I've got better things to do than check out each and every link.

Suggestions?

Most links on your site, particularly coming from the vsadmin would be relative links. Meaning that there do not specify http or https...
I think the thing to do here is make sure you are forcing https for the site and while doing that, be sure you are forcing the user to stay on www (or non www) versions of the site.

There is a thread here - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=106851

From there, I would just observe the padlock icon when browsing your pages.. You'll see there easily if things aren't secure.
Perhaps you're just getting some false positives with your testing.

Thanks,
David
