Hi There,
Well I updated my test site from 6.5.4 to 7.3.1 and all pages are now blank except for the header image. The admin page in totally blank.

I uploaded everything using Fetch that includes: the js folder, css files, all updated store product pages that include <script type="text/javascript" src="js/ectcart.js"></script>, update store.php, images.
I ran update store 5 times and upload the files twice including for the second vsadmin folder. I displayed it updated successfully . . . but!

The updater said my site was running PHP version 5.3.29, but the server info says it's version 5.6.35 so I proceeded.

Any suggestion where to begin?

Same for me - just updated to 7.3.1

I'm running php 7.3.27 and site is just white screen.
Just tried it on second site and have the same issue.

Admin working though

Just to add, since this is a "TEST" site it does not have an SSL, could that be an issue as well?

OK, so you have a PHP error. Take a look in your Apache error_log and you should be able to determine what's going on, or post the actual error here for further analysis.

Hi Michael
I had a check for your problem and it seems that you have PHP 5.3.29 installed on your test server and that's why things are not working. There is actually a message about that when you run the updatestore.php script. What you need to do is update the PHP version for the site to one of the supported versions. But this isn't the same problem as Steve's who is running PHP 7 so we still need to get at the error logs there.

Thanks Vince, I changed it in Cpanel to 7.1. Cpanel Show a newer version, not sure why.

Hey Vince, my host is telling me I have 7.1.30 installed. I did select 7.1 in cPanel for all domains

Here's what I was told:
Server information shows the default PHP version of the server i.e 5.6. However, the highr PHP version such as 7.2 is installed on your server and you can update the PHP version for any domain in PHP selector section of the cPanel.

Installed PHP Versions on your server seo207.seoboxes.com:
1) 5.2.17 - /usr/local/php52/bin/php
2) 5.3.29 - /usr/local/php53/bin/php
3) 5.4.45 - /usr/local/php54/bin/php
4) 5.5.36 - /usr/local/php55/bin/php
5) 5.6.35 - /usr/local/php56/bin/php (Default)
6) 7.0.29 - /usr/local/php70/bin/php
7) 7.1.30 - /usr/local/php71/bin/php

When I go to http://www.mydomain.com/phpinfo.php, it says 7.1.30

You should still chase down the error_log to be sure but, given what you've said, have you followed the steps outlined in the first post here: https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107737 to make yourself PHP 7 compatible?

By the way, that server looks a bit sad; all those PHP versions, Apache, MySQL, the operating system, the Linux kernel are all way out of date.

Thanks Peter, No I haven't yet but I will. This all came about when UPS suddenly quit on Wednesday. Which lead to a chain of events that I hadn't planned for.

Perhaps I should but the PHP back to version 5.6 for now, what do you think?

Yes, go for PHP 5.6 for the time being if you don't want to make the PHP 7 changes, that should still work I think.
