Upgraded to 7.3.2
Using weight-based shipping. However, it's effectively a flat rate, as after 8 oz, all rates are the same from 1 to 20000 lbs.
If I add an item to the cart, the shipping estimator is correct (in all countries and states).
However, if I add another item, the amount of shipping is multiplied and added to the total.
So one $20 item in the cart has a shipping rate of $3.80 and total of $23.80 all is fine. Add another $20 item (or just update the qty of that item to 2) and you get $40 for the subtotal and $7.60 for shipping (should be $3.80 still).
Add another $20 item and the subtotal is $60 and shipping is $11.40 instead of $3.80
When I roll back my inccart.php file an earlier 7.2 version, everything is fine again, and the shipping calculation is correct regardless of item quantities.
Is some new calculation in 7.3.2 going rouge?
