Updated Shipping Rates but Not Charging

KenLane Advanced Member USA 460 Posts	Posted - 05/19/2021 : 13:39:12 I updated the shipping rates in my USPS schedule but it's not charging for shipping, either UPS or USPS. I try to reestablish UPS rates and I get a blank page it says I have to scroll through before agreeing. Vince Administrator 42756 Posts	Posted - 05/22/2021 : 02:32:00 Hi KenLane I'm sorry to hear you have problems but it looks like the new version on vsadmin/inc/incfunctions.php hasn't been uploaded to the correct location. I went back to an older copy on hand and tried to reverse the process to return to what I had. The problem is still there. I need assistance in getting it back to normal. But it seems your references to the ectcart.css file are... <link rel="stylesheet" href="/2017/css/ectcart.css" media="screen"> The new CSS file is in... /css/ectcart.css so if you don't reference the new one then you won't get the updates. Also the JS file... /js/ectcart.js ...isn't included on all the pages and that will also cause problems. But the main problem was you had copied the vsadmin directory to below the web root. KenLane Advanced Member USA 460 Posts	Posted - 05/27/2021 : 11:53:15 UPS rates seem to be working though it's not charging for residential nor DAS. I've verified this with other addresses. How do I get that corrected? Also, it's allowing a zero charge on weight-based shipping.
