Capture IP address in Gift Certificate purchase

midvalleydrifter001 Ecommerce Template Expert USA 933 Posts	Posted - 06/04/2021 : 11:53:23 Is there a way to capture the IP address of people trying to purchase gift certificates? I get a lot of uncompleted purchases but they put bogus Spam html links in the message box. I would like to block those IP addresses or at least see if there is a pattern. Most but not all are from Russia. Thanks, Patrick

If they do then they will have an IP in the order, but if they don't there is a "Delete" option in the "Quick Update" for the Gift Certificates page which you can use to clear the inactive certificates out periodically.
