Transitioning my site to Wordpress from the ASP site currently running. I've customized the design, imported the database, and brought in my product images. However, when clicking on a product in the product list, it only shows the short description, not the long description. How do I make the long descriptions show?

WP Admin -> Appearance =? Customize -> ECT Theme Options
...do you have "Use default product layouts" set? Or do you have the "Use Custom layouts set in the includes.php file"? If the former, which detail page layout are you using?

Actually I've tried all of the above. I started with the default product layout, and tried all three detail page layouts, 1, 2, and 3. None of them showed the long description. Then I tried the custom layout set selection. Again, tried all three detail page layouts. I have NOT tried making any changes on the includes.php file, except to add the "Details" button on the Product page layout, as I saw suggested somewhere on this forum. Only difference I see is in alignment, and maybe some of the fonts. None of these bring up the long description, which for the products I'm selling is vital. I don't want people buying the product without reading the details.

It was a wee glitch in the code and the fix is in the updater now.

Ahhhh, yes. Aren't all these issues caused by "wee glitches" in code!
