I'm almost at the finish line - just two more issues to sort out

First one - when adds an item to the cart and clicks "Checkout" he's taken to a page where it shows his total with a "shipping estimate". On that page there is also a button for "check out with Paypal". If at that point, they click the Paypal button, they are taken off site to the Paypal site, and thereby bypass the Terms and Conditions checkbox. Can the Terms and Conditions checkbox be made to appear on the initial cart page instead?

When using PayPal Express the customer gets taken to the PayPal site, signs in to PayPal and returns to the site again to select shipping and complete the order. At that point of selecting shipping the customer should see the Terms and Conditions checkbox. Can you have a run through and make sure that's the case?

Thanks for that explanation. I had trouble getting back to that page yesterday when making a Paypal purchase - not sure why. Maybe the change you made on the other issue (the thanks page issue) fixed that. Still having issues with that Thanks page, though.
