I've had a few customers call me with disappearing loyalty points. From what I can gather, they fill their cart and start checkout to see their points as opposed to just looking at their account. I think it's because it translated to dollars in the cart and it's easier to see how much off their getting. Then, they abandon the cart and when they go back their points are gone. Has anyone else had this issue?
