If a customer checks out with a gift certificate and has a zero balance the receipt email does not sent. Is there a way to make the email send even if the balance due is zero?
Hi Wellsuited I've just tried to recreate the test here and get the email just fine. Could it be something like you have the parameter "emailorderstatus" set which will cause email orders to have a different initial order status which doesn't send emails?
We also did some more tests and it seems to only happen when Authorize.net is the checkout method. (even though no payments are actually collected). If email is selected as a pay provider the email goes fine.
