Had a customer contact us to tell us that the reset email for her password wasn't received. I tested it and she's right - it's not working.
Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. I'm going to go ahead and download the latest updater to see if that fixes it. UPDATE: I am now using a fresh Ecommerce PlusASP v7.4.1 and the email is still not working. Email a Friend and order emails do work. Account login also works.
