Customer Login gives a 500 error

cararaca Starting Member Australia 19 Posts	Posted - 07/31/2021 : 17:50:42 After updating to 7.4.1, The Shopping cart works fine until you try and create customer login or exsisting login, I have checked & updated all files. can't work this one out. Please help. https://iwashere.com.au/

Can you ask your host to turn on Detailed Error Messages and then we can see what the cause of the error really is. Have turned on for detailed error messages, but does not reveal much "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." only occurs if logging in, after which one must clear the (cache, history, cookies) to again access the site.

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request." ...then detailed error messages are not turned on. Can you ask your host to help as there is a setting in IIS that is necessary for detailed error messages. cararaca Starting Member Australia 19 Posts	Posted - 08/02/2021 : 21:38:12 Hi again, sorry, yes i did ask them to do that, but they did not understand, so I used plain, simple English, any way detailed error message is now active & comes back with the following: Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e07' Data type mismatch in criteria expression. /vsadmin/inc/incfunctions.asp, line 75 hope this helps, cheers
