Hi David If you are being logged out, can you check if your URL is switching between the HTTPS and HTTP or the www and non-www forms of the URL. Forcing one form of the URL (these days HTTPS and www for the whole site is recommended) is a good practice as it can also stop customers losing cart contents.
Hi David This isn't an area that has changed in quite a while, and isn't something that others seem to be experiencing. So seeing as this is happening on two sites, can you make sure it's not your browser by trying Chrome instead of FireFox for instance. If that doesn't help, can you send the site FTP login to my email (vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com) and I'll investigate.
