I want to create new form for login and the php script for my new login form is outside myshop folder.

How can I achieve this?

This isn't really something that's supported so if you do want to do this, you are going to have to work out what to do yourself for the most part. But there is a function in the incfunctions.php file called "displaysoftlogin()" and that would be a good place to start. Try looking at how that is called in a file like...
