I hate to be a bother but it seems I am having trouble registering with UPS. When I get to the first step, UPS Developer Kit Licensing & Registration Wizard - Step 1, the display box that should show the agreement is blank. To proceed to the next registration step I need to scroll through the agreement, but since the box is blank, empty, I can do nothing.

I am running Ecommerce Plus PHP v7.0.5, perhaps I need to upgrade to make UPS work?? I have been slow to update due to the number of mods on my site, but if that is what is needed I'll do it.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated, thank you all in advance for any assistance you can lend.

Yes, I think this is probably because the UPS URL's have changed between now and then. It really looks like it would be a good time to update but it's a good idea to do this for many reasons.

I am sure you are right. And by now it is time to just let some of these old mods go . . . wish me luck it looks like this weekend is the time.
