Can anyone throw any light on the cause of the following when attempting to login to the ECT backend? The full URL that shows in any browser when a actual link is clicked on, or that URL is actually typed into the browser bar, is domainname.com/vsadmin/login.php & the browser screen shows the following

https://domainname.com/vsadmin/login.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phplogin.phpadmin.php

We're sorry, but the server could not find the URL you tried to load.

If or when a login succeeds & the first screen shows, clicking any other link ends up with the same error as above & the same drudge in the address bar.

This happens on a browser that does or does not save stuff. I've tried this on a laptop that I have fully updated to a brand new SSD & the same. There are no redirects in the .htaccess file. Is this a cookies issue?

Hi Steve
It sounds like some kind of redirection is happening. But can you let me know the URL and I'll take a look at what headers are produced.

Hi Vince

The issue has been corrected since the version has been updated from 7.34 to 7.37.

To be honest I am not entirely sure that was the issue but since updating it has never
happened. As it's the first time it has ocurred I'll run with it as it is. If it raises its head
again I will post back.

Excuse the later than usual response, I'm away on a driving course for four weeks.
