 Canada Post Error - version 7.3.8

We are having a problem with our templates registration for the Canada Post registration. This appears to be a new problem recently.

Is this something new with the templates or with Canada Post?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Vince, I received the email.

FYI - I have never felt that I was ignored. Tech help from everyone has always been outstanding.

We all know that the world is a busy place and we just need to be patient with it. :)

For those who need to know.

I really could not get the issue fixed quickly so I turned off the Canada Post option and just left it until now. I re-installed the update and then re-registered with Canada Post and Voila, it all worked. I have no idea if Canada Post had an issue or re-installing the update fixed it.
