Hi Phil The orders were being selected correctly according to the times that ShipStation send it seems so the changes that I made a couple of days ago were incorrect and I've corrected them. The reason these times do not look correct to you... GET: start_date : 03/17/2022 18:10 GET: end_date : 03/18/2022 20:55 ...is because ShipStation is sending the times in UTC (like GMT) but we know that and account for it subtracting 7 hours from the time. I've made some changes so that orders will import if either the order date is withing the times OR if the status was updated within that time. So those orders from yesterday, if you change the status to something else then change it back again they should import now. It looks like the other issue however may just be down to the fact that ShipStation is importing orders for just a 24 hour period, with a 2 hour "grace period". But that means that unless you are totally consistent with your importing then orders will be missed. What I've done is put the start date back 24 hours and that way, it may mean importing more orders than necessary but the duplicates will be ignored and it should ensure that orders aren't missed. Can you try importing again now and see how it goes? You may need to change the status date of the missed orders as I mentioned if they are older than the extra 24 hours.
