Mailing List Issue after update to PHP v7.4.8

The HTML emails are not formatted correctly and the FROM comes in as my server (bluehost mailbox name). HTML EMails is currently On Example of the email body <br /><br />To unsubscribe please click on the following link. If the link is not clickable then please just copy and paste it into your browser address bar.<br /><a class="unsubscribe" href="https://www.eurobikeparts.com/cart.php?unsubscribe=sales@eurobikeparts.com">https://www.eurobikeparts.com/cart.php?unsubscribe=sales@eurobikeparts.com</a> BTW, standard order confirmation emails are sent there is no issue. The FROM is correct and the formatting is fine.

Even though you have HTML Emails set, you can still choose between HTML and text when sending to the mailing list. Are you sure you have HTML Selected there? Also, I am using review reminders MOD from DLSS and these emails come all misformatted after upgrade. The 2nd issues of these emails sent from the shopping cart is the FROM. It comes as bluehost instead of my admin emails. Order confirmation come in from my admin email as before.
