Hello - I was wondering how I set my site up to email my customer when a I enter the tracking info.
I go to my order admin page and (in the shipping section) pick USPS from the shipping method dropdown. Then I past the tracking number and hit enter.
What other steps do I need to do to get an email sent to the customer with their included tracking number? At one point, I was able to get an email sent that said status change in the subject, but the email was blank.
Is there a link to a guide that would give me the steps? Thanks! Mike
