Hello - I was wondering how I set my site up to email my customer when a I enter the tracking info.

I go to my order admin page and (in the shipping section) pick USPS from the shipping method dropdown. Then I past the tracking number and hit enter.

What other steps do I need to do to get an email sent to the customer with their included tracking number?
At one point, I was able to get an email sent that said status change in the subject, but the email was blank.

Is there a link to a guide that would give me the steps?

Hi, after entering the tracking info, you can change the status of the order and trigger an email that way. Typically you want to change the status to shipped when you ship anyway.
It's just that you need to setup a few things first.
