I just updated to 7.4.8 today. Checking my website on my phone - when selecting Country on the cart page, nothing happens. The name/address fields do not open like they should. The customer is unable to enter their shipping address, billing address, ect. and the cart doesn't move past this page.
Works fine for me, you just need to hard refresh your browser; Ctrl+F5 will probably do it on Windows, or better still clear your browser cache. What's happening is you have uploaded new javascript files (js/ectcart.js primarily), but your browser has already cached the old version and as the name hasn't changed it thinks it doesn't need to download the new version, it wants to use the cached version.

Thanks guys, that is a huge relief. I clear my cache on my pc from time to time as needed but I never thought of doing the same on my phone. I'll do that now.
