UPS issue on checkout

steven vaccaro Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1055 Posts	Posted - 05/16/2022 : 07:43:34 On the last page of the cart, we use 2 shipping carriers. USPS which is the default and UPS. USPS is running fine, but when a customer clicks the radio button, the site locks up and doesn't like the customer continue at all. For now Ive removed USPS and activated Fedex. Anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening?

steven vaccaro Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1055 Posts	Posted - 05/17/2022 : 05:25:07 Nothing changed that I know of. I tested and it happens on firefox and edge. Im exploring the server side to see if its timing out.
