I just had a customer call me and said he couldn't add items to his cart.
He chose the item and clicked Add to Cart, selected another item and Added that to cart also.
When he went to checkout there was nothing in his cart.
He was using an i-Pad on version 15.5
There was no error message. It just states that there is nothing in his cart and click here to start browsing the store.
Samsung Android mobile versions work fine as well as Windows 10.
Could this be a setting on his iPad or maybe a WiFi security thing?
I just got an order from someone else that was using an iPad with version 15.5
Now I'm stumped...
