Hi

I have just logged into my shop and had an unauthorized sale from what appears to be a bot for over £29k, so it must have added several items to the basket. Is there a security vulnerability? Should i be doing something so that this does not happen? I am on the most up to date ECT software?

You can see an image here of my dashboard - genuine customers have been blocked out and the unauthorised sale below the bot is me testing things, so that is nothing to worry about.

Thank you your advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi ClaireArt
As long as these people are not causing any damage while they are there, it really is just a case of waiting until they get bored and then delete the order.
