cart buttons not working after upgrade

There is also a new "disabled" button beside email friend. https://www.rockyknobwoodcrafts.com/Indoor-12-x-4-Black-Sign I've copied the content of the CSS, JS, and vsadmin folders overwriting the original, and I've run the updatestore.php several times.
