Hi,

I updated to v7.5.0 on friday and all has been working ok with Shipstation since then but today I've got the following error message:

27/06/2022 04:12 : Shipstation
An error occurred attempting to update orders: Error in XML. Reason: The 'Country' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'StringExactly2' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.

Any idea what the issue might be here?

I just updated to v7.5.1 in the hope that this might resolve itself but it hasn't.

Shipstation refuses to import for this website:

Strangely it works for the other 2 ECT sites I have on the same server.

Any ideas?

Hi Steve
Can you set the following parameter in your includes.php file...
$debugxmlemails=TRUE;
Then try syncing with ShipStation and you should get an email with the XML request and response. Then can you send that to me at vince AT ecommercetemplates DOT com and I'll take a look.

I just added that to my includes but was not sent an email following a sync with Shipstation.

Ok, my apologies and it seems I hadn't added the debug to the updater. Can you get a new copy of the updater now and copy the vsadmin/ajaxservice.php file to your site, and then with that parameter you should get the debug email.
