Last night I was looking for some products for work / website. I started the checkout process with name, company, email etc . . . but didn't complete the checkout. It was getting late in my time zone and even latter in the online merchants time zone. About 2 hours after leaving my cart I get an "abandoned cart" email that had to be auto-generated.
So the suggestion is: can those emails be set to auto-generate in the future? Perhaps we can set the amount of time before the email is sent.
