ShipStation Error message

Posted - 07/26/2022 : 16:42:03 Updated to ECT 7.5.1 and changed servers Seems that ShipStation now receives all of my new orders but when an item is shipped no update received back to ECT and this error appears: You must write ContentLength bytes to the request stream before calling [Begin]Getresponse Any ideas how to resolve this? ShipStation support said it's on ECT's end (i don't really believe that :/ ) TIA -Bob

The url I was using was input as an "http" not an "https" Everything redirects to an https when it hits my site. The redirect created the error, once I modified it to the correct secure link, the error vanished. Frustrating part of all this was: a) ShipStation support took months to respond b) There's no where in the ShipStation app that tells you what the current setting is (displaying the url) that I know of. SHipStation support finally sent me a screenshot of a window on the back end. I'm happy its resolved. Devil's in the details!
