I have a site which has been up and running since around 2013. It is currently running version 7.4.8 of ECT and version 5.9.3 of WordPress.

I realized that I never changed anything from the old database regarding the new way that ECT works with WordPress. It didn't seem that the site was having any issues - until today.

I need to add a new user and when I click on "change password", I see the "Please enter your primary username and password."; however, there is no link to add a secondary user (this is one of those times I wish I could upload a screenshot!). I'm wondering if this is a symptom of a deeper issue of something not working quite right.

Please help!

This is just because the login you are using to log in to the admin is a secondary login which doesn't have the privileges to add users. You need to log in with the primary admin login, and if you don't have that you can use the password reset script here...
