Is there a way to add a "Signature Required for Delivery" option in the shopping cart?

Preferably on the final step of checkout.

This will also need to have the ability to add such funds.

Currently I have the following options available:

Pickup at Factory which voids the shipping costs

Please click here to include shipping insurance

We use USPS

I tried adding it but it doesn't show up in any of the cart steps.

I've been checking here and I'm not sure that the Signature Option is built in to the USPS shipping rates. So I have found the options in the USPS documentation, but none of them seem to have any effect on the actual shipping cost. Is it possible that a signature option is built in to USPS prices? I just can't find any reference to signature options in the USPS price calculator.

Actually I was just looking for something like the Shipping Insurance feature in the main settings where I could add Signature Required and add a fee.

This wouldn't be tied to the USPS website.
