Hi,

From time to time we have issues with certain customers that are mainly to do with deliveries.
Sometimes they are genuine others perhaps not.

It would be really useful to have the ability to have an area in admin where we can enter a customers email address along with some notes.
These notes could be about what courier to use for this particular customer for example.

Then when a new order is received this is checked against the list and if a match is found and alert icon would appear next to the order.

This would ideally work via email addresses and not be dependent of having an account so guest checkouts would also be checked.

I do this exact thing and pull in the client notes in the order admin so they show when a customer places a new order.
We compare orders and look for matches to email, name, and ip address.
This helps with customer who may have addresses that are a problem or other things, such as too many returns or a previous chargeback.

It would be great if this was a native feature.
