If orders are flowing and this one is unauthorized and the payment is not in your paypal account, then it's pretty clear the customer is mistaken. Have they sent you proof it's paid? If they insist it's paid, then ask them for the authorization or transaction code and contact paypal to see what they say. Most likely, when we see this scenario over the years, the customer is simply mistaken and the payment did not go thought.
