%trackingnum% not populating

Marshall Ecommerce Template Guru USA 1900 Posts	Posted - 07/11/2023 : 13:19:45 PHP v7.5.8 Two different sites reported to me today that for a while now, the tracking number is not appearing in the status update email. Then send me the site FTP login with details of the test order and I'll dig in to see what is wrong.
