My small image on the products page is not displaying and I'm receiving a 404 error. The path follows the same structure as other pages/products but only this one seems to not be displaying.

I'm getting the same 404 error on the details page.

Your website shows the path as https://www.mettlerelectronics.com/images/radial_pressure_pulse_therapy/695-Radial-Pressure-Pulse-Therapy_sm.jpg and that file does not seem to exist in that location.
You should check the product admin path you have set there for (images for) that product.

Thanks Dave. It actually does exist at that location. The path is correct. That is what I can't figure out. This is what's listed in the image manager:
images/radial_pressure_pulse_therapy/695-Radial-Pressure-Pulse-Therapy_sm.jpg

I've used relative paths and they work fine.

Hi, relative paths should be good.
However the link I posted suggests the image is not there.
Have you used an FTP program to check?

Yes, it was in the directory and I was able to preview it in my FTP program. I deleted the image and re-uploaded and now it appears to work. Maybe the file got corrupted. However, the product details page is still having the same issue. https://www.mettlerelectronics.com/proddetail.php?prod=ME695

I'll try and re-upload those too. Could the whole directory be corrupted?

Hi, if you have other products with images in that same directory, and they are showing, then I thing the directory is fine.
Perhaps it was just some corruption when the images for this product were uploaded.
Being the small image was fixed by uploading the image again, I would give that a try on the other images and see how you get along.
