We started receiving an error on the import of our XML to Shipstation.
The error is only happening with the orders being shipped outside of the USA. Ive attached the photo. Shipstation support has been no help.
Here is the error
09/11/2023 09:16 : An error occurred attempting to update orders: Error in XML. Reason: The element 'ShipTo' has invalid child element 'br'. List of possible elements expected: 'State, Country, PostalCode, Phone'.
Is there a way to narrow down where this error may be?

This was a self-inflicted issue. I didn't realize we were still using part of an old mod to run our shipstation imports. Once I did and updated to the Shipstation included XML file, it was running smoothly.

Dean's old connection, occasionally would have problems with international addresses - particularly if the name/address had accented characters.

Yes, David, that was an issue. Dean had corrected that for me way back.
I had mistakenly assumed when I put my shipstation credentials into the admin of Ecomm, that I was using the Ecomm upload feature.

Vince, we are using the xml from ecom.
I guess Deans just had the photos in his XML, and now that they are not being imported, we have to shut that off in shipstation.
It seems like a nice feature to have, is there a reason for not including them?
