Is there a way to quickly change 1000's of order statuses to shipped or something else?

Backstory,
We've been using Ecomm since 2007, For the first 10 years or so of using Ecommerce, I never changed or added shipping info to the admin area. So there are roughly 10 years worth of orders showing a status of "authorized" which to us means ready to ship. But these were shipped many years ago.

Load all of the orders you want to change in the view orders screen.
Be sure the far right column is set to view "status"
On that column, while holding down the control (ctrl) key, change the status one one order on the list, and all of them on the page will change.
Click submit at the bottom of the page to change all orders to the new status.

Default is 100 orders to a page, so to do thousands may take a few minutes, it's far better than doing them individually.

This is how we send review requests.
When orders are about 40 days old, we change all shipped orders, to complete and the emails are sent requesting reviews.

Dave, do you remember the file to change, to increase the number of orders per page in the order admin area?

For .asp it's maxordersperpage="100"
You'll need to change that syntax for a .php site

Beware of page load time if you are pulling many orders.
