Order Email Notifications

KevinRobson Advanced Member USA 248 Posts	Posted - 10/09/2023 : 08:22:59 Since about the latest updater, order emails are not going out. I've added debugmode=TRUE and placed an order. The emails are still not going out and I'm not getting an email error. Per the instructions at https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/email-help.asp I have created a contact form at https://bgffa.fwffb.net/Contact.asp that is working. The instructions say to send you FTP login credentials. What email address should I send them to?

KevinRobson Advanced Member USA 248 Posts	Posted - 10/13/2023 : 15:15:07 This turned out to be the phasing out of PayPal Standard for PayPal Checkout. The automated connection to PayPal Checkout made it really easy to update. Edited by - KevinRobson on 10/13/2023 15:15:36

I am having the same issue. Our order emails are not going out. I have been on tech help with Hostek for 2 days now and they can't figure it out. Help please. Thanks, Kelley

We are experiencing temporary difficulties at the moment. Please try again later. I just figured out that I can't send stock notifications when I update inventory, either.
