I've spent some time on this one and haven't been able to find anything on it ... but then I've never had the question either!: Is there a way to disable the shipping address popup so that customer orders MUST ship to their billing address? I saw 1 thread about automatically copying the billing address to the shipping fields, but not on how to eliminate a separate shipping address as an option.

This is for a music store in which 99.9% of their orders are shipped to the billing address, and apparently they feel any fraud attempts stem from orders being shipped to a separate address.
