UPS has special rates for one of my rural stores. There are other fees that need to be added on to the packages. They have a 6% fuel charge (which changes on a monthly basis) plus $3 per package. Is there a way to add this to the shipping?

If you are using UPS rates, it seems like they would return the proper rates, but in the admin > main settings, you can enable a handling charge and set the amount there.
