I was updating our negotiated rates and decided to update my account and was having some issues. I contacted them and got this response from a tech that was CCed by the original tech.
"I noticed the customer's screenshot mentioned a "UPS access key" being needed to connect their UPS account. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with requesting a UPS access key as they have been discontinued. They used to be requested directly from UPS.com but they no longer provide them. They now provide Client and Secret IDs for the new Oauth security method that has replaced the access keys. You/the customer will need to contact the developers of the platform and inquire about when they will be updating to the new method of authentication for client id/secret to connect with the UPS API."
