I've assigned the discount to the categories. I put a product more than $10 in cart, then continue shopping shopping to the discount category. The product page shows a text that confirms Discount Apply(!), but the cart shows the full price throughout the process; no $7.95 discount.
What am I missing?

Does the cart have more than $10.00 worth of product from the category that has the discount?

No. So I probably should reduce the $10 to $7.95 for it to take affect. Let me try.
