Is this possible with eCommerce, or is there a third party application for this?

Hi it can be a challenge to do that.
I used to use https://doogma.com/
Now I have developed my own code, but it was many, many, many hours of coding, and even then, it's a lot of work to setup each product.
If you are on the hosted platform though, I don't think you would have the access to the code to implement this sort of thing.
